daisies
spilling
from her bosom
ricocheting pings
of desire burgeoning
amid decades
still delicious with time

drinking in the sun
heavy with honeyed yearning
swallowing the moon whole
until eventide refracts
lucidity to her…

Write Under the Moon

I write about love and loss, what I observe and experience — I write about hope. My writing has been described as resiliently defiant.
